Bulk material application

In the bulk material sector, we protect your components reliably and long-lasting against corrosion and, if required, add further functions such as defined friction and sliding windows or adhesion promotion. We protect both small, filigree parts with a diameter of 1.8 mm and large components with a diameter of up to 200 mm with, among other things, our own application process Kleverest®

In the field of rack application, we protect your components reliably and long-lasting against corrosion and add functions such as defined friction and sliding windows or adhesion promotion. Our product portfolio ranges from fasteners and fixing elements to components for bonding applications.

Overview technologies

Wet coating

In wet coating, metal and plastic surfaces are protected by applying liquefied lacquers in a spraying process. The process opens up many possibilities in the design of the surface. These include the most diverse colour shades and degrees of gloss.

Pre-treatment by phosphating

Phosphating is a chemical or electrochemical process in which thin, finely crystalline and water-insoluble phosphates are produced on metal surfaces from phosphoric acid solutions in an immersion or spraying process.

Pre-treatment by alkaline degreasing

In the field of coating technology, a completely cleaned base substrate is one of the most important prerequisites for the successful application of coating agents.

Oils, dust or release agents prevent adhesion of the coating agent and thus reduce the corrosion protection effect and other functions of the application.

Pre-treatment by cleaning blasting

For the removal of solid residues and impurities, among other things, a fully automatic troughed belt blasting unit for bulk material is available.

We can pre-treat and clean both the smallest parts from a diameter of 4 mm and larger components up to a unit weight of 5 kg.

Dip spin coating

Centrifuge-based coating for the efficient coating of mass-produced parts that are immersed in liquid coating media in baskets or racks depending on the part spectrum.


With the self-developed and continuously optimised Kleverest® process technology, we enable the process-reliable application of exact coating thicknesses in the micrometre range.

This self-developed immersion centrifugal process is particularly impressive for its reliability with geometrically complicated bodies, hollow and scooped parts, screws with the smallest internal threads and nuts. It is precisely here that conventional application methods reach their limits, even though reliable corrosion protection without functional restrictions is indispensable.

KTL coating

Cathodic dip painting (KTL) is particularly suitable for creating surfaces with a special robustness and very high corrosion protection.

Due to its high efficiency, the process is frequently used for metal surfaces in industry. Automated application of this process achieves uniform layer thicknesses and good surface qualities.

Zinc flake coating

Zinc flake coating is a coating of zinc and aluminium flakes that is applied as protection against corrosion. The zinc flake coating protects the underlying metal from environmental influences.

The zinc content serves as cathodic corrosion protection.
