How does it work?

For the removal of solid residues and impurities, we have a fully automatic Throughing Belt Shotblast machine for bulk material. We can pre-treat and clean both small parts with a diameter of 4 mm and larger components with a unit weight of up to 5 kg.

We react to a wide variety of residues and contamination with adapted process parameters, so that the process for your components can be individualized and we can take care of all special requirements. A gentle circulation during the process ensures that the components are repositioned to guarantee complete and uniform descaling and derusting.
