Zum einen erweitern sie die beschichteten Bauteile funktionell, denn sie erh\u00f6hen die Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber Korrosion, Chemikalien, Witterung und mechanische Einfl\u00fcsse.<br><br>Topcoats k\u00f6nnen aber auch neue Funktionen wie Haftvermittlung, elektrische Isolation oder sogar definierte Reib- und Gleitzahlenfenster hinzuf\u00fcgen.
