Brief description
Cathodic dip painting is an electrochemical process. The material to be painted (bulk material, fasteners, other small parts) is immersed in a drum in a cathodic dip coating bath with electrically conductive, aqueous coating agent. This method is ideal for results with high corrosion protection and robustness.
During the process, the material to be painted acts as a cathode. Chemical processes are then stimulated by an applied DC voltage field. Water-soluble binders are precipitated on the surface of the painted material and form a homogeneous, closed KTL paint layer. We can also reliably coat undercuts and cavities for you with our fully automatic KTL system.
We apply a top coat as a sealant by means of KTL. Zinc flake coatingsOther galvanically deposited zinc and zinc alloy coatings, stainless steels, zinc and aluminium die castings.
